Dept. Trainings
We follow a manditory 20+ hrs. a month training regimen for each fulltime member, along with our manditory physical tests.
Each year our active employees have to pass a physical agility test that consists of 6 stations the are equivalent to our job duties.
Each year we have to pass our wildland pack test, which is the field test the Forest Service uses for their seasonal employees.
Finally, we have an annual physical and labs performed by a certified physician to make sure we are healthy enough to continue to perform our job duties.
